Library Centers this Week

Hi friends!

Are you crazy busy like I am? Between decorating at home and in the library, research projects, and special events for home and school, I feel like I’m meeting myself coming and going!

For the next few weeks, while I’m busy helping first grade with their research in the computer lab, our library centers will be relaxed and fun and will not require much instruction. Our library assistant will have her hands full just getting the books checked out each day.

I just found these really cute FREE printable bookmarks with winter jokes on them. Little Red’s graphics are so stinkin’ cute!!!

And I just found an I Spy puzzle at Target ($5.99) yesterday that matches our “Reading is Sweet” theme for this month! Puzzle center, here we come!

(Just disregard all the candy you see piled up in my shopping cart. It’s for stockings…really!)

And we will have the listening center set up with Bear Snores On, a fun winter book to share.

The reading tepee is packed away, and I’m trying to convert the reading tent into a gingerbread house. I’ll let you know how that turns out!

    1. Whoah……I am getting more of my centers labeled and actually functioning and today got my listening center off the ground. Coincidentally-with Bear Feels Sick! My students LOVED it! I’m getting ready to update my blog with a post to share my joy.
