The TPT Teacher Appreciation sale starts tomorrow, and I want to share my tips for making the most of the sale!
Give Feedback to Earn TPT Credits
Before you go shopping, check out your past TPT purchases. Have you used the products? Have you left constructive feedback for the seller?
For every dollar you spend on TpT (and leave feedback for), you’ll earn 1 credit—and TPT will round up for you, too! If you provide fair feedback on a $4.75 item, you will earn 5 credits. Every 20 credits you earn equals $1 to apply toward future TpT purchases. Leaving feedback not only helps the seller know what they’re doing right, it helps YOU get more for your money!
Add to your Wish List
I add items to my TPT wish list all the time! Sometimes I need a product right away, so I go ahead and buy it. I bought this Jokes and Riddles Bingo last week, to use for end of the year library celebrations!
Plan Ahead for Summer Projects
Do you already have a few projects in mind for this summer? Ideas you’d like to develop for next school year? Search those terms in TPT to grab products now, while they’re on sale, to help you along with your plans.
For example, I’d like to do more work with my students next year in Google Classroom and Google Drive, to help them become more familiar with these resources before they go off to middle school. The Techie Teacher has some collaborative Google Drive projects like this “Design a Book Cover” project. I’ve added a couple of these to my TPT wish list, to purchase during the sale.
Don’t Forget the Code
When you check out during the TPT sale, you need to enter the promo code to get the full 28% discount. Yes, I have forgotten that myself, and I don’t want you to! This year’s code is THANKYOU17!
Happy sale shopping, my librarian friends!
